Arabic invoice template
An Arabic invoice has to read right to left, not just use Arabic words. TheInvoiceAI mirrors the whole layout for Arabic: the page your client opens, the PDF and the emails.
What an Arabic invoice usually includes
- فاتورة (invoice), with a unique number and the issue date
- Your business name, address and tax number, if you have one
- Your client's name and address
- Each service, with quantity and price
- Any tax, shown separately, and the total due with its currency
- The due date and how to pay you

Good to know
- Amounts use Latin digits (1,250.00), so they match what your client sees at the bank.
- Rules differ by country. VAT-registered businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia have their own tax invoice requirements.
- Saudi Arabia requires e-invoicing for VAT-registered businesses there. TheInvoiceAI makes PDF invoices and isn't a certified e-invoicing system, so check what applies to you.

Questions
Is the PDF really right-to-left?
Yes. For Arabic documents the PDF layout is mirrored and uses a proper Arabic font, so letters join correctly. The client's invoice page and emails are right-to-left too.
Can I write the line items in Arabic?
Yes. Type them in Arabic, or paste your notes and let the AI draft them. Read every line before you send it.
Which currencies can I use?
Any of the 22 supported, including AED, SAR and MAD. The currency is chosen per invoice, separately from the language.
How do my clients pay me?
They pay you directly, using the payment details on your invoice. Pay links from your own Stripe account are coming soon. TheInvoiceAI is invoicing software, not a payment service: we never hold, process or transmit your money, and we take no fee.
